I ship Monday through Wednesday and provide tracking information. Live arrival is guaranteed if the buyer confirms receipt of the reptile within one hour of delivery or pickup confirmation. DOA must be confirmed with photo evidence and potential further proof.
Health is guaranteed for 7 days.
I accept PayPal friends, Venmo, and Zelle for online sales or cash/credit/debit for in-person pickup. If buyer and seller have agreed upon price for an online order, payment must be sent in 24 hours or I will move to other inquiries.
I do payment plans on a case by case basis with a non-refundable 25% deposit.
I do not charge additional upkeep or maintenance fees while reptiles are on hold, unless it is for an extended period, but I am very flexible.
