Store Policy

Payments:

Payments are accepted in a variety of ways: credit cards, checks, money orders, and Paypal. A standard Paypal fee of 3.5% may be assess on all purchases under $1000. All payment forms must clear before shipping.

Shipping:

We are fully certified to ship nationwide via FedEx or Delta Dash (Cargo)**. Shipping will be done via FedEx Priority Overnight Monday through Wednesday for all animals $5000 or below. A standard flat shipping rate of $60 will be charged for animals below $1000; all others shipping is included. Delta dash will be used for the shipment of animals over $5000 unless agreed differently. Animals will only be shipped when weather conditions permit and under suitable conditions at seller's discretion. The safety of the animal is paramount; please do not asks us to risk any animals or ship them during less than ideal conditions.

We offer international shipments, at the cost of the buyer, to induce but not limited to, air fares, CITIES, import/export fees and taxes.

Guarantees:

Live animal arrival guaranteed all of our animals. The buyer must be present to receive the shipment and verify its condition according to the guaranteed arrival time from either, FedEx or Delta.
All of our animals are guaranteed to be sexed properly and 100% healthy.
Shipment must comply with FedEx and Delta dash certification guidelines.
Recipient must be an adult and he or she must be present at the time of delivery. The buyer must inspect the conditions of the animal immediately and confirm its condition within one hour of delivery.
Any other animal related issues must be declared within 24 hours of arrival.
Genetics of heterozygous animals are guaranteed and issued through a certificate of legitimacy which includes said animal's photo, its pertinent information and specific guidelines of such guarantee.

**Note: Customers are responsible for their animal’s husbandry after they take possession of the animal. We will gladly advice you on how to achieve ideal husbandry conditions for any of your animals but cannot accept any outcomes.

Deposit, Payment Plans and Pricing:

We do NOT accept deposits on unborn animals/projects. Contact us if you wish to get on a waiting list for a specific animal/project; . no deposit is required.

Sales are on a first come first-serve basis, we will NOT hold any available animal without a deposit.

Payment plans are offered on available animals with a 25% non-refundable deposit. They are available in a variety of time periods depending on price, not to exceed 90 days. Please Contact us for more details. While payments are being made, the reserved animal will be looked after as if one of our own. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued on any payments made. If you are unable to finish paying off the animal, it will be returned to the availability list, once the animal sells, we will issue the buyer an OTB Reptiles credit for all payments minus the deposit. This is done to re-absorb the costs associated with removing the animal from the market and possibly missing selling it, it also defrays all associate costs, time, and care while on hold.

We strive to provide fair and competitive prices based on morph demand and availability. We offer discounts on multiple animal purchases, and if our prices do not meet your expectations Contact us, we may be able to accommodate your needs.

Federal/State laws and guidelines:

Buyer is strictly responsible for complying with all Federal, State or local laws, guidelines and permits in regards to any animals purchased from us. We do NOT assume responsibility in regards to such rules.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
