Store Policy
I do not hold reptiles for payment. I do try to make sure that you will provide an appropriate home for any reptile you buy from me so that you will have a successful experience. I have a lot of love and time invested in my reptiles and want to see them well cared for. I only accept Paypal for payments. I have been a verified Paypal user since it was started. I only ship reptiles via Federal Express Priority Overnight services and I use new insulated boxes designed for reptiles. Buyers are responsible for being at the delivery address on the day of scheduled delivery and you will have to sign for the package.. I guarantee live delivery of my reptiles if signed for on the first delivery attempt.. Buyers are expected to contact me within 1/2 hour after signing for the package to update me on the status of the reptile.
