here at PNG Reptiles we strive for customer service and producing nothing less than quality animals. reptiles have been a passion for me since 5 years old. all our animals are treated like family. every year in this hobby it gets more exciting. there is so much to learn and there are lots of great people willing to teach newcomers about the hobby and husbandry of the animals they keep.
Store Policy
all of our animals are healthy up to weight and are all eating as normal.Guaranteed delivery is only if the package is held at a local fed ex hub. We will not ship if tempratures are not between 40-90 F for residential deliveries. If there is a d.o.a the company must be notified within 1 hour of receiving the shipment. pictures must be taken, place the remains in a zip lock bag and put it in the freezer. We will contact you for further instructions. Packages are usually available by 10:30 am at the hub and must be picked up at a reasonable time. If you fail to pick your package up your live arrival guarantee is void. there is no refund on shipping. payment plans are available. all payments must be made within 4 weeks of the initial payment. There will be a deposit of half and the rest before shipment. Payment plans are for animals 300$ and up. any payments made on animals is non refundable. Payments are done through a company invoice we do not accept pay pal or any other method. All sales are final. There are no returns on animals purchased.
