Store Policy
Reptile will be shipped as soon we receive payment. We accept payment through PayPal "friends and family", Venmo and Zelle.
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.
Shipping:
We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer depending on the weather.
If the buyer fails to obtain the animal 30 min after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee is void.
