Store Policy
Payment Plans
Payment plans may be considered with a 20% deposit refundable only as store credit. Store credit may be issued for the deposit and any payments made to date, at seller’s discretion when notice is given to the seller prior to missing a payment. However, if a payment is missed we reserve the right to take the animal off of hold until payments are current again. The key is communication. Let us know, and we will certainly try to work with you.
The length of a payment plan will be determined by the overall dollar value of the purchase.
Sales / Shipping Guarantees:
1. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to alive and in good health. (Claims must be made within 1 hour of pickup & be supported by pictures and video.)
2. Animal is guaranteed to be exactly the one represented in the ad.
3. Sex of an animal is guaranteed. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be less than 20% margin of error in weight of the listed weight if advertised
5. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
6. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
7. Recessive / Heterozygous Genes are guaranteed, unless stated as a possible het e.g. 50%, 66%.
