Store Policy
OUR GUARANTEE: Health and sex of animals are 100% guaranteed, as well as genetics for recessive animals. For non-recessives, we ID animals to the best of our ability, however it can be difficult to identify, with 100% accuracy, animals that carry multiple genes. Live arrival is guaranteed as long as buyer is present to receive animal on first delivery attempt or picked up from hub within one hour of delivery . If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• PAYMENTS: We currently accept Cash and PayPal.
• SHIPPING: Weather permitting, animals will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight for next day delivery. We ship animals Monday-Wednesday to your residence or nearest FedEx hub for pickup.
• PAYMENT PLANS: We offer 30 day payment plans on purchases of $1500 or more and 60 day payment plans on purchases of $2000or more. All payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Animals will be shipped after balance is paid in full.
• SHIPPING COMPLICATIONS & DOAs: If at any time there is a complication with the shipping company (FedEx) and the animal does not arrive within 24 hours of the estimated arrival time, the live arrival guarantee becomes null and void. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer will receive a store credit for the total cost. Store credit may be used at any time and never expires. (Photos and/or video proof of DOA will be required before a store credit is granted.)
