Welcome to Reptile Rack! Located in San Diego, we are currently working with Whitewall, Tri-color, and Quadstripe crested geckos, and we are starting a Bold Tangerine/Firebold leopard gecko project. We are committed to keeping our geckos in the highest quality enclosures and feeding the highest quality food possible.

Store Policy

BY PURCHASING FROM REPTILE RACK, YOU AGREE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND GUIDELINES STATED BELOW. THANK YOU!

PAYMENT AND HOLDS

All payments are accepted through Paypal, Venmo, or cash (for local pickup).
To place a gecko on a basic hold, we require a non-refundable deposit equaling 25% of the listed price. Once the deposit is received on our end, we will mark the gecko "ON HOLD" until the remainder of the payment is fulfilled. After the initial deposit, we will require the remaining 75% of payment to be completed AT THE LATEST 24 hours before shipment. Once the payment is completed in full, we will mark the gecko as "SOLD" and arrange shipping with the customer as soon as possible. If the payment has not been completed 24 hours before the shipment, the customer will be sent a reminder, and the shipment will be postponed (if necessary). If the customer does not respond within another 24 hour span, they will be forced to forfeit the hold, the gecko will be relisted for sale, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Winter/summer holds are available if the temperatures are too extreme for shipping. The same terms as the basic hold apply.

SHIPPING

We ship via Ship Your Reptiles to the 48 continental United States (our apologies, no shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally at the moment). Shipping costs typically range from $45-$75 unless otherwise stated. All payments must be paid in full before your gecko(s) will be shipped. You must be at the location you have asked the gecko to be shipped or able to pick up the gecko(s) at a FedEx Hub on the agreed upon shipping date in order for us to ship. Temperatures must be between 30-86 degrees Fahrenheit in order to ship to a residential address. We can ship in more extreme temperatures if shipping to a FedEx Hub is possible. To best avoid any shipping delays, we will ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for overnight shipping. We are happy to meet with folks who live in SoCal for a local pick up.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

At Reptile Rack, we guarantee the health of our geckos anytime within 7 days of delivery. FOR THIS GUARANTEE TO BE VALID (when shipped to a residence), YOU MUST LET US KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND OPENED THE PACKAGE WITHIN AN HOUR OF THE TIME THE PACKAGE ARRIVES AT YOUR LOCATION. When shipped to a FedEx Hub, you must let us know you have received and opened the package within an hour from the time you pick it up from the FedEx Hub. If the gecko unfortunately happens to die in the 7-day time frame, you must provide four clear photos of the gecko: one from each side (left and right), and one from the top (overhead) and bottom (of belly). Photos must be sent by email ([email protected]). If we decide the gecko did not pass away due to the husbandry of the owner we will send a replacement gecko of equal value on the next convenient shipping day; however, the customer must pay for shipping for the replacement gecko. We realize this is inconvenient, but it prevents scammers from taking advantage of our guarantee. We may ask questions about the husbandry of the gecko to determine if the gecko is eligible. This health guarantee does not cover attacks from other animals, husbandry mistakes, tail drops, etc. If you have any concerns about any of our geckos, please contact us by email or by filling out our contact form on our website (thereptilerack.com).

DROPPED TAILS/TAIL LOSS

Reptile Rack is not responsible for dropped tails/tail loss at any time - including during shipping.

SEXING

CRESTED GECKOS

1. All babies/juveniles marked as "Unsexed" are too small to sex, but we give our best try; there are no guarantees.
2. All geckos marked as "Male" or "Female" are guaranteed to be male or female.
3. We cannot guarantee the sex of any gecko marked as possible (e.g. pos. female/pos. male), probable (e.g. prob. female/prob. male), PPV (possible/probable pores visible), or NPV (no pores visible).

LEOPARD GECKOS

1. All babies/juveniles marked as "Unsexed" are too small to sex but we give our best try; there are no guarantees.
2. All geckos marked as "Male" or "Female" are guaranteed to be male or female.
3. Geckos marked as "TSM" or "TSF" (Temperature Sex Male / Female) are not guaranteed male or female.

PHOTOS

Photos are not edited other than cropping and background removal (only in some cases). They were taken to represent the geckos' true colors. We try our best to fire up our geckos to display their most vibrant colors, but often times they do not cooperate. If you would like to see more photos, please let us know.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
