I am a hobbyist based in Austin, TX specializing in New Caledonia Geckos and Ball Pythons. I also dabble in other exotic reptiles.
Store Policy
$50 flat shipping rate on all orders
I accept paypal, cashapp, or venmo. Payment to be made in full prior to shipping and will include exact shipping costs.
I ship Fed Ex priority overnight only to ensure the safety and comfort of each animal during travel. I ship Monday through Thursday when weather is acceptable. Pick up days are Tuesday through Friday. You will need a valid ID matching the name on the order when you pick up.
It is the buyer's responsibility to contact me by phone or email to set up shipping and to provide appropriate shipping information.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact me within two hours of arrival of the reptile to let me know if there are any issues.
All sales are final. I have a zero-return policy. Although, i do have a live arrival guarantee when shipping from FedEx Hub to FedEx Hub.
