I have been breeding ball pythons since 2002, maintaining a small collection of morphs acquired through hold-backs and selective purchases.
Store Policy
Payment options: We accept the most common forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and money orders / certified checks.
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.
Sales Policy: All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in their forfeiting their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.
We can not take responsibility for a person’s lack of knowledge or poor husbandry skills. The transaction will be terminated if we determine that a customer lacks the proper experience or facilities to care for an animal.
Shipping: We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer.
Climate: If the weather is too extreme (meaning HOT/COLD), we have the right not to ship until the weather permits. But we will gladly care for your snakes until the weather is acceptable.
If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.
Heath Guarantee: We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
Genetics: Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing.
