We pride ourselves on ethical and responsible breeding practices that prioritize the well-being of our animals.
Store Policy
• PAYMENTS: We currently accept Cashapp, Venmo, and Zelle.
• PAYMENT PLANS: We offer 30 day payment plans on purchases of $500 or more and 60 day payment plans on purchases of $1,000 or more. All payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Animals will be shipped after balance is paid in full.
• SHIPPING: Weather permitting, animals will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight for next day delivery. We ship animals Monday-Wednesday to your nearest FedEx hub for pickup. Please message us with your zip code to get an accurate shipping quote. We ship through ShipYourReptiles.
• SHIPPING COMPLICATIONS & DOAs: If at any time there is a complication with the shipping company (FedEx) and the animal does not arrive within 24 hours of the estimated arrival time, the live arrival guarantee becomes null and void. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer will receive a store credit for the total cost (DOA should be documented and reported to us within 1 hour of signed delivery) Store credit may be used at any time and expires within 1 year. (Photos and/or video proof of DOA will be required before a store credit is granted, no exceptions)
