We strive to get your isopods to you as quickly and safely as possible! Our shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. To minimize the stress caused to the animals, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do offer refunds with our Live Arrival Guarantee shipping option.
Dead Arrival Policy: We have a 5-hour Dead-Arrival policy, which means you have 5 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange. Any dead arrivals must have photo proof within the 5-hour period. To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected] If your exchange is accepted, we’ll replace the approved items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is dead on arrival or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
