Purchasing:
Please talk to whomever you need to about getting a new animal BEFORE contacting me about purchasing an animal.
Payments:
From the time Scalebellies sends you(the buyer) payment information you have 12 hours to submit payment before the animal is available for the next purchaser. This “hold” is subjective to Scalebellies’ discretion and can be changed at anytime for any reason. It is in place as is a courtesy.
Pictures: The photos posted are the best representation and accurately depict the animal for sale. They will always be up to date.
Shipping:
Scalebellies only offers shipping within contiguous United States. All shipping will require pick-up at your local FedEx Hub. It’s the safest method. Unless there is a flat fee on the advertisement, shipping is dependent on distance traveled, size of box and weight of box; please email for a free quote. Scalebellies uses Reptiles2You to ship.
Shipping temps:
Temps must be above 40 Fahrenheit as the overnight low and a daytime high of 95 in order to safely ship. I can hold your purchased animal for however long needed to safely ship.
Shipping Dates:
Scalebellies only ships for arrival on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays baring holidays and other closures due to FedEx
Delays:
In the event of a delay because of carrier(FedEx) fault live arrival is not guaranteed.
DOA: In the unfortunate event of a DOA Scalebellies needs video proof of DOA. Your video must show the shipping label clearly, you opening the package, and removing the animal. You must contact Scalebellies within one hour of pick up from a FedEx Ship Center.
