She had raised and bred reptiles for over 10 years in the Kansas City area but had dropped out of the community for a while. The other was a business man, accountant and lover of record keeping. He was new to the snake world but had an insatiable appetite for learning, especially in the area of the genetics. Turns out it has made for the perfect match of strengths to make this hobby into something more. We decided to specialize in ball pythons and love what we are doing. The snakes are not products to us but a treasured part of our family. We are not doing this for a quick buck, nor will we sell a snake to someone we do not believe will care for them. This is our hobby and fun time and as we both have jobs to earn a living, we can be particular to whom we share our family with.

Serpentine Enterprises guarantees live delivery, sex of the animal and the stated genes. If the snake proves to have more genes than stated, then that is considered a bonus and not grounds for a refund. Serpentine Enterprises will never knowingly sell an animal that is sick, not eating or that has any unhealthy conditions. Serpentine Enterprises extends a 72-hour refund/return policy for any purchase for those instances when an unforeseen issue may occur. After 72 hours, Serpentine Enterprises is not in control of how the snake is being cared so will not be responsible for any refunds after the 72-hour period. AFTER 72 HOURS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
LOCAL DELIVERY: There is a 72-hour return policy should there be any issue with the snake once in the purchaser’s possession. Serpentine Enterprises must be contacted within the 72-hour period to receive a full refund of the paid price. The snake must be returned in the same condition as given to receive the full refund. If a snake passes away, Serpentine Enterprises must be contacted within the 72-hours. The snake needs to be put into a container, kept in the freezer and then brought back to Serpentine Enterprises in order to obtain a full refund.
SHIPPED TO HOME ADDRESS: Someone must be present at the address to accept delivery. Serpentine Enterprises must be notified within an hour of delivery of the condition of the snake. The snake should immediately be placed in its new heated environment so that they can destress from the ordeal that they just went through. If the package must be left outside because no one is home, or no one answered the door, then the live delivery guarantee is null and void. If the snake has passed in transit, a picture of the dead snake, with the package it was sent in, must be sent within 2 hours of delivery. If the snake passes within the 72-hour period, a picture must be sent of the dead snake in its habitat where it passed. Any issues with condition, genes or sex must be addressed within the 72-hour period.
SHIPPED TO A HUB: The package must be picked up same day as delivered. Serpentine Enterprises must be notified within an hour of pickup of the condition of the snake. The snake should immediately be placed in its new heated environment so that they can destress from the ordeal that they just went through. If the package is left overnight at the Hub, then the live delivery guarantee is null and void. If the snake has passed in transit, a picture of the dead snake, with the package it was sent in, must be sent within 2 hours of pickup. Any issues with condition, genes or sex must be addressed within the 72-hour period.
While mistakes have been few and far between, Serpentine Enterprises has never claimed to be perfect. If an issue arises with the snake that we have sent to you within the 72-hour period, we will act in good faith to replace the snake to your satisfaction or issue a full refund. If a mutual agreement on a replacement cannot be reached, Serpentine Enterprises reserves the right to issue the full refund.
PLEASE BE AWARE, SERPENTINE ENTERPRISES KEEPS VERY ACCURATE RECORDS OF ALL SALES. WE ALSO KEEP PICTURES OF EACH SNAKE WE SELL AND WILL COMPARE THE DEAD SNAKE TO ENSURE THAT THE SNAKE WE SOLD TO YOU IS INDEED THE SNAKE THAT HAS PASSED. We would love to be able to just take people at their word but unfortunately, there are too many bad apples out there that try to get a free snake by claiming it has passed.
