Live arrival is guaranteed through SYR and we ship weather permitting. If the overnight temps in your area are below 45 we will not ship. It is your responsibility to provide us with correct weather information. During the shipping issues currently associated with Covid, we prefer to ship for hold/pick up at the closest hub. No live arrival insurance is offered outside of this condition. No replacement or refund for ship to home.
