I have had a fascnation with reptiles since i was young, Ball pythons just made sense as I could combine my fascination with reptiles, and Genetics into one Business. We are Specializing in the Ultramel gene and a variety of others to improve it.
Store Policy
•Our Guarantee: We guarantee that each and every animal we sell is in good health and eating well on the specified feeder item when it leaves our facility. Once the animal has reached its new home, we cannot further guarantee eating habits or health, as new environmental factors may effect the animal beyond our control. We guarantee the listed sex of each animal, and we guarantee that the gene ID is accurate to the best of our ability unless otherwise stated in the listing.
•Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the animal, not the shipping fee.
•Local pickups are available year round to those who are local to or willing to travel to the Baltimore area.
•We absolutely will not ship an animal in unsafe weather conditions. Weather must be above 40 degrees and Under 90 degrees. If the weather is outside of those temperatures, the shipment will be postponed until conditions are ideal.
•We prefer to ship to FedEx Hubs whenever possible. When picking up from a Hub, the animal must be picked up within 3 hours of the Hub opening for Live Arrival Guarantee to be valid.
•When shipping to a residence, Recipient must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt otherwise the Live Arrival Guarantee is no longer valid.
• We ship through FedEx on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Thursdays . We ONLY offer priority overnight shipping for live animals.
•Payments are typically processed through Square.
•Payment plans are available on orders above $400. We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the animal. Orders must be paid off within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Once your animal is paid off, we will then ship it out to you.
Due to PayPal’s policy on animal sales we will not be accepting PayPal as a payment method.
•All sales are final.
