Hello! I'm Ryan "Smitty" Smith, like many other reptile breeders, I've been a reptile lover my whole life! I remember when I was a young kid, my dad came home with a one eyed rosy boa (of course I named him "Jake the Snake")and I've been in love with snakes ever since. Over the years, I've watched the ball python morphs evolve and I see them as a blank canvass! One of my favorite morphs is the Piebald. I am focused on breeding and providing high quality snakes and snakes for first time snake owners that are looking for a pet! Breeding ball pythons was a dream about 5 years ago and became a reality in 2021 when I produced my very first clutch of Dreamsicle ball pythons. I'm so excited for the future of Smitty's Serpents! Payment Policy: We accept most common forms of payment, including: Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, wires and money orders/ Certified checks. Payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 20% deposit and the balance due within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan that is specific to this animal. Deposits & payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Health Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
Sales and Shipping Guarantee:
1) If a seller backs out of a deal that buyer has paid money into,. seller is responsible to return 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2) If seller goes 14 days or more without a response to buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the buyer a 100% refund if/when the ask for it, subject to MorphMarket's discretion.
3) Animals are guaranteed to arrive to buyer alive and in good health condition.
4) Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad, with the use of an official representative photo.
5) Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. The claim period is 7 days, please double check your animal.
6) Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7) Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS's rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer failes to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8) If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the buyer (with photos, videos, veterinarian reports) seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9) Seller is not responsible for the animals temperament.
