Store Policy
Discounts available on multi animal purchases. Payment plans are available on purchases over $500 with 25% non-refundable or transferable deposit. Payments must be made in full before shipment and any payment plan that is not fulfilled will be forfeit or credited towards other animals at the sellers discretion. Shipping is not included in the list price-- please inquire. Since live animals must be shipped with special handling and priority overnight via FedEx, shipping will almost never be under $55, please have this in mind when inquiring about animals.
Health, Sex, and Genetics are guaranteed. Any returns for the following reasons will be refunded in the form of credit on other animals unless notified within 1 hour of receipt of the animal--in which case, the amount paid for the animal (excluding shipping), will be refunded to you in full upon receipt of the returned animal.
Sex is guaranteed for 7 days after arrival. What this means is that AS SOON as you receive the animal, you should check the sex of the animal yourself, or have a trusted friend, local breeder, or vet check the sex of the animal for you. If you think you have received an animal that is not the sex that you had requested, then you must notify us within 7 days with photos for an exchange or refund on the price of the animal.
If you receive an animal that has ANY health issue at all, we are to be notified immediately (think minutes not hours) or your health/live arrival guarantee will be voided. If you don't get someone on the phone when you call, leave a message explaining exactly whats going on, this will count. There will be a sheet of paper in the shipping box that explains exactly what to do in the almost unheard of event of a D.O.A. as protocol for that scenario is slightly different. If you are late to pick up the animal, or are not at the door when FedEx attempts delivery, any health or live arrival guarantees are voided. This is a live animal that is relying on us to prioritize it's well being, its up to you to arrive on time at the Fed Ex Hub or be waiting by the door for the FedEx delivery driver if you choose to have the animal shipped to your home.
While, some of these policies may seem a bit rigid, we assure you that they exists solely for the well being of our animals and our own financial protection.
