We are a husband and wife team of hobby breeders that focus on high-quality ball python morphs.
Store Policy
Shipping: We ship FedEx overnight from Monday through Thursday. Price of shipping varies depending on location.
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG): We guarantee live arrival of your reptile. Your reptile will be packaged in a reptile-specific shipping box with proper insulation and heat/cool pack as needed. If your reptile is dead on arrival (DOA), it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the store immediately upon receiving the reptile. Once buyer has received and inspected their reptile, the health and well-being of that reptile is the sole responsibility of the buyer. LAG is void once buyer takes possession of the reptile. LAG will also be void if any of the following occur: no one is present to receive the reptile upon delivery, shipping delays due to incorrect address or unclear delivery instructions provided by the buyer, shipping delay due to carrier mishandling, or temperatures at hub/destination below 32 degrees F or above 90 degrees F.
Payment: We accept Paypal and Venmo. Other forms of payment may be available upon inquiry.
Payment Plans: Payment plans may be arranged on reptiles over $400. Terms will be discussed on a case to case basis.
Sexing and genetics on all animals are done to the best of our ability.
