I'm just a caffeine addict with a strong passion for all things serpentine.
I'm the type of breeder who puts a top priority on the health and care of her snakes, not the big dollar sign. And my goal is to share these amazing scaled critters with like minded reptile enthusiasts. Whether you want a new member of the family or have a mad scientist level breeding project in the making.
Store Policy
I guarantee that....
All of my snakes are captive-bred.
All pictures are of the exact snake(s) being advertised unless otherwise noted.
All snakes have eaten no less than 5 meals and shed at least twice prior to the shipping date.
All advertised snakes have been correctly sex and labeled to the best of my knowledge.
And that, to my knowledge, all of my snakes are healthy and disease/parasite free.
*Shipping*
Shipping is done over night by FedEx through ship your reptiles. Live arrival is guaranteed as long as the buyer is there to pick up the package at the FedEx Hub within a couple hours of its arrival and opens said package within 20 minutes of pick up to check on the snakes well-being. Shipping to a FedEx Hub is safer and more reliable, at the moment I am NOT offering residential delivery as an option. Snakes will not be shipped until full payment is received, the weather conditions are acceptable, and both buyer & seller have agreed upon an exact shipping date. The guarantee for live arrival may be voided if....
The buyer is not there to receive the package upon first delivery attempt when shipping residential (not available at this time)
If error or mishandling occurs by the FedEx driver.
If buyer doesn't contact the seller within 20 minutes of delivery to report a problem and send valid proof of said problem.
*Payment*
I accept PayPal (friends & family) or Cash (if local pickup)
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to put a snake on hold. Sort term payment plans are available.
All sales are final.
And as always, I wouldn't be a good business if I didn't value my customers. And a big part of that is having great customer service, so I am more than willing to try to work out problems or concerns to (hopefully) both of our satisfactions.
