About
My name is Summer Stephenson and I grew up in a house where my parents occupation was breeding and selling snakes. It was the bomb. I LOVED it and still do to this day. My parents are Dan & Colette Sutherland, they are very successful entrepreneurs and own TSK Inc. also known as The Snake Keeper. Once I was capable of handling a snake I was always popping into the snake room and seeing what my Mom and Dad were up to. They mainly worked with Ball Pythons during most of my youth, they slowly worked their way into Central American Boas, Green Tree Pythons, and Colubrids. I have been working at their facility my whole life now and currently manage a good part of the collection. I specifically work with the species Pituophis along with my husband Spencer Stephenson and we aim to offer high quality animals that will make anyone a Pituophis fan!
Store Policy
SHIPPING- WE ONLY SHIP WITH UPS. We are an approved Reptile Shipper with UPS. Nothing sneaky going on they know we are shipping snakes. Yes, I know it says on their site that they do not accept snakes, with that being said there are a few well-known reptile shippers that have obtained APPROVAL to ship with UPS.
When you want a HOLD FOR PICK UP with UPS it must be at held at a UPS CUSTOMER CENTER. You can go to https://www.ups.com/dropoff/ then put in your Zip Code where it says NEAR. Select SEE ALL OPTIONS, then Open Location Type and check the box for UPS CUSTOMER CENTER. Then push the FIND button and you will have a list of places that will hold for pick up. Select the one that will work the best for you. Click on the location and view their pick up hours. Then copy the whole address and send it to us for your shipping location and be sure to tell us it is a HOLD FOR PICK UP. Address should look like this below.

It is your responsibility to send us the correct delivery address. We will also need your Phone Number and personal EMAIL for tracking information to be sent to you. Your Morph Market account will not work for email tracking information.
We only ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesdays. During the heavy shipping season we try to avoid Monday shipping. We only ship when weather permits safe shipping. Lastly please do not ask us to ship FedEx.
We will ship your animal(s) after receiving payment in full and after determining that it is safe weather wise to ship to your location. Shipping typically costs anywhere from $30.00-$60.00, but may change depending on order size and shipping location.
PAYMENTS- Payments are made through PayPal and can be sent to [email protected]
DEPOSITS- Non-refundable! All Payments towards your purchase are NON REFUNDABLE. When we reserve an animal for you we are saying to others it is not available. When you back out of a commitment we must re market that animal and others that were previously interested have by that time moved on to something else. Therefore all payments are NON REFUNDABLE. As mentioned deposits are not refundable so be sure you want what you are ordering!
SALES- All sales are final.
FINANCING- Payment plans are for 45 days and are only offered on purchases over $500.00. An initial down payment of 25% is required. After a deposit has been made, payments are required of at least 25% every 15 days. Animals purchased will not be shipped until payment has been made in full.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE- We guarantee live arrival when we ship, as long as we are comfortable with shipping conditions and someone is available to receive the animal(s) in person. If you are not there to receive the animal, then you have no guarantee. Animals delivered to home or work must be delivered to a person and not left at a door as recorded by the delivering agent. While UPS does all it can to deliver on time sometimes there are shipping delays. They DO NOT offer late arrival refunds. Please do not ask for a refund of shipping costs when the animal is late.
INSULATED SHIPPING BOX- we use new insulated shipping boxes and include a heat pack when needed.
