Shipping
We will be shipping on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday FedEx priority overnight .excluding holidays and when temperatures do not fall between 35-90F .
we currently only ship to the continental United States.
All shipments of live animals require signature upon delivery .A adult must be home at the time of delivery to sign for the package. We can also ship to your closest FedEx ship center.
The shipping cost for your order is always non_refundable.
Live Arrival and Health Guaranteed .
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy .
The only instances where live arrival is not guaranteed
are the following:
Temperatures are below 35F or exceed 90F
Customer is not home to pick up package
If a gecko Arrives dead because of shipping ,you must contact us within exactly one hour from the time of delivery so you can be entitled to a full refund We are also not responsible for any dropped tails due to shipping as Its a huge possibility when shipping any leopard gecko; though it is unlikely to happen! No refunds.
Genetics and Sex
All of our genetics are 100% guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the animal's description. All "TSM" or "TSF" animals are not guaranteed, but are likely indicated of sex by incubation temperature. No refunds will be given for an animal with a misidentified temperature sex.
