Store policy. BUYING
We accept a non-refundable deposits of 10% or $25 (which ever is greater) to hold animals up to 3 days unless they are on a payment plan contract. We will gladly offer a discount on multiple animals purchased.

Our basic payment plans are;
Payment plans are not available for those animals less than $300. Animals in value of $300 or higher require a 33% non-refundable down payment, followed by 2 equal payments within a total of 30 days.
Animals $500 or higher require a 33% non-refundable down payment, followed by 2 equal monthly payments. For those animals over $1000 needing longer payment terms, please contact.
Shorter payment plans are welcomed, see below for information needed to start a payment plan. We do not hold animals without payment but will gladly hold animals with partial or fully paid animals until you are ready for us to ship. Animals are shipped only when fully paid.

All animals are sold on first come first served basis and will not be considered sold until payment is made in full.

We accept payment via PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Please include the following information when purchasing:

Your full name

ANIMALS
Our animals are primarily fed frozen thawed mice, hamsters and small rats, but readily take live. Any animals we sale with specific feeding habits will be noted. Animals pictured in the ad are the exact animal for sale.

SHIPPING
We ship Tuesday or Wednesday for Wednesday or Thursday arrival. We will not ship later than Wednesday or during adverse weather for the safety of the animal. We recommend pick up from your local hub. We will NOT Ship when temps drop below 32 degrees anywhere along the route from us to you as well we prefer not to ship when above 90 degrees. All animals are shipped Priority Overnight and generally arrive by 10:30am, remote locations may have later arrival times.

GUARANTEE
We aim to provide each customer with a quality and healthy animal. To that end we offer the following policies .
***Live arrival guarantee*** If you are there to receive the package. We will not ship until we have agreed on a delivery date and estimated time of arrival. It is the purchaser's responsibility to be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or the live delivery guarantee is void.
***24hr satisfaction guarantee***Our animal arrives as represented and matches the photos. If you decide you just don't like the animal, but matches all the pictures, refund of animal minus shipping costs both ways and any PayPal or other fee's.
***genetics*** All snakes are listed and sold based on their individual known genetics any reptile having a possible het will be mentioned as such, however a possible het is not a guarantee. Unless specified in the deal about a certain gene, all sales are both parties presuming the genes are present.




Definitions
Full Refund and Return (FRR): compensation amounting to 100% including the cost of the animal plus shipping plus return shipping costs. This includes Seller purchasing the return shipping label and $5 FedEx pick-up service, if necessary.
Alternatively, the Seller can send an acceptable, agreed-upon replacement at their own expense.
Alternatively, if the Buyer refuses to return the animal, NRC applies.
Claim Period: Time period which Buyer has from delivery to contact Seller and make their claims. Evidence must be included with the claim or provided upon instruction from the Seller.
Return Period: Time period that Buyer after notification of claim in which to arrange suitable shipping dates with Seller, making sure the shipment will not land on a weekend or holiday.
Non-Return Compensation (NRC): If Buyer refuses to return the animal, Seller does not have to refund the full amount, but may be expected to provide a partial refund depending on the value of the animal received.
Proof: Should the Buyer and Seller not be able to agree, MorphMarket will make the final determination of whether sufficient proof and evidence have been provided to support a claim.
Guarantees
Payments, Deposits and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable if the Buyer backs out of a deal. If Seller does not specify that payments are non-refundable or sales are final, or does not specify the percentage of the sale that represents the non-refundable deposit, that amount shall not exceed 10% of the asking price.
If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
If Seller fails to ship the order for more than 7 days after it was paid in full in a single payment and did not communicate that delay (e.g., weather conditions) to the Buyer before the payment, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
If Seller goes 10 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owe the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
Animal Attributes
Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
If Seller ships the wrong animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR if they cannot send out the original animal.
Claim Period is 8 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered, unless clearly stated on the ad that the sex is unknown or not certain.
Temperature-sexed offspring are not guaranteed.
If Seller ships a wrongly-sexed animal as proven by the Buyer, they are responsible for FRR.
Claim Period is 3 days and Return Period is 1 week.
Seller guarantees that the animal delivered will be at least 80% of the advertised weight and length. (For this reason it’s recommended to advertise the “dry” weight).
If the animal received is less than 80%, as proven by the Buyer, Seller is responsible for FRR.
Claim Period is 8 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
Animal Health
Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
Seller is responsible for shipping delays and mishaps (which should be rare with good shipping practices and offset with shipping insurance) except for those caused by the buyer (e.g., wrong address given, door not answered when delivery is attempted, etc.).
If an animal dies or is lost due to Seller negligence in shipping then Seller is responsible for FRR. This item may not be overridden as it is specified in the Shipping section of MorphMarket’s Rules.
If the animal is substantially sick or injured as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed) then Seller is responsible for FRR.
Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
