I specialize in tarantulas and isopods.
Store Policy
Shipping is only within the CONUS - Continental US.
I normally ship on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Please make sure you’re your weekly temps are above 45F and below 90F.
In those extreme cases, I will hold off on shipping until your temperatures are more reasonable for shipping.
Shipping is $50 via FedEx for overnight.
I ship only within the continental US.
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
LAG is always included with every purchase.
If there are any DOA (dead on arrival's) be sure to take photos and video and contact me within 1 hour of opening the package.
I' have not had a DOA in many years, because I take extra care in shipping. I use 3/4 insulated foam inside a shipping box. DOA's are extremely rare when I ship. In the case of DOA's contact me ASAP and we will talk about a reasonable resolution. :)
