Store Policy
Payment policies- We currently only accept paypal for payments. They will either be paid in full or with a 20% nonrefundable deposit for 30 day payment plans on animals over $200.
Shipping will be through Reptiles2You or Redline Shipping Fedex priority overnight. Monday, tuesday, wednesday shipments only and temperatures need to be between 40 and 80 degrees.
We have live arrival guarantee. If you have the animal(s) shipped to a hub the live arrival guarantee is void after 60 minutes of pick up from hub. *If you need to pick up an animal later than hub opening please notify us upon shipment day agreement.* If you have the gecko(s) shipped to your home you MUST be there to take the box from the driver or the live arrival guarantee is void.
We do not cover tail drops during shipping should they happen.
We do not ship crested gecko babies until 3+ grams.
Refund policy- Refunds will be given for ill geckos and sudden deaths (not due to husbandry, over stressing, or shipment hiccups) within 14 days of receiving the animal(s). Refunds can be either the payment returned, replacement with 1 or more animals that equal the payment cost or credit toward future purchases. We are NOT responsible for Fedex issues during shipment.
