Please review our policies and reach out to us with any questions BEFORE making a purchase. We value our customers and will answer every inquiry as promptly as possible. We do not sell to persons below 18 years of age.
Welborn Exotics guarantees that all animals will be properly sexed, 100% healthy, and free of external parasites at the time of delivery. All animals will have eaten at least 5 consecutive meals on their own! In the unlikely event there is a problem, you must contact us immediately. If a refund is approved, buyer pays all return shipping costs. Please Note: Welborn Exotics places the health and well-being of our animals above sales and profits. We reserve the right to terminate any sale if we feel a person is not capable of properly caring for and housing an animal.
We Guarantee Live arrival with shipping to your nearest FedEx Hub on Monday-Wednesday. Customers will be provided tracking information and should pick the shipment up promptly after arrival at the Hub. Failure to pick up within 2 hours of arrival voids the live arrival guarantee. We are happy to ship to your door, but due to the increased risk of incidences on a truck, the Live arrival guarantee is VOID for door-to-door shipping! In the event an animal is DOA you must notify us immediately! Welborn Exotics is NOT responsible for the animal once it is in your care!
GENETICS - We take every measure possible to properly ID our animals, and the parentage of our animals will be made known! Every animal represented as 100% het is guaranteed to be so. With animals containing many genes, we do our best, but please know that we cannot guarantee every gene is represented as this often takes breeding the animal to know for sure! It is the customer's responsibility to understand the risk involved in buying these animals. It may work in your favor, it may not, but Welborn Exotics cannot be held responsible.
PAYMENTS/SHIPPING - We accept Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash (in person), Paypal Friends & Family and credit/debit cards. We ship Mon-Wed with insurance. All shipping is done FedEx via Redline Shipping. Shipping is a flat rate of $70, excluding adult animals, which are actual shipping cost. Animals MUST be paid for in full before they will be shipped, NO EXCEPTIONS! We offer Domestic Shipping in the USA ONLY at this time! Orders $1500 and over always ship free, EXCLUDING ADULT ANIMALS! You will be sent proof of drop-off immediately after we get your shipment to FedEx and will be provided a tracking number. Welborn Exotics is NOT responsible for FedEx delays! We do not ship if temperatures are below 40 or above 90 degrees.
PAYMENT PLANS - We are happy to offer short-term payment plans on animals over $1000. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit and an agreed-upon payoff date. Once the deposit is received we will remove the animal from the market and continue to feed and care for it, at no additional charge, until the payoff date. If you fail to complete a payment plan, all payments made BESIDES the non-refundable deposit will be given to you as credit toward a future purchase!. Please do not enter into a payment plan if you are not 100% certain that you can abide by the terms. However, we understand that unforeseen things can happen, so if you are on a payment plan and having trouble, please reach out to us and be honest. We will do all we can to work with you. No discounts on animals going on a payment plan.
