Payments are accepted through Zelle, PayPal. Cash only for local sales,
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to place a gecko on hold. The hold deposit is for that gecko only. Gecko(s) are not considered on hold until a deposit / payment is made, even if you are waiting on additional info. without a deposit / payment, the gecko is NOT on hold. Please message me before sending a deposit or you may be subject to any fees that I am charged to give you a refund (PayPal charges fees for sales even if the money is refunded).
All sales are done through email or private messages only.
Please make sure the Address you want your gecko(s) shipped to is the same on your PayPal account.
To protect my animals, I have a no returns policy, Because I don’t know what my animals are exposed to after leaving my care.
All animal sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be issued.
*Shipping / Guarantees
Shipping is available to the continental 48 United States and a few other countries. **I DO NOT offer ANY Live Arrival Guarantees for any gecko(s) exported to another country. ** I will guarantee live arrival to the middleman, but I cannot be held responsible for the middleman's care and further shipping practices. **
Shipping is done through Reptiles2you FedEx Priority Overnight Monday-Wednesday with arrival Tuesday through Thursday. Shipping prices can range from $25 to over $68, so please contact me with your zip code for a shipping quote.
Depending on your location Packages normally arrive by 10:30am in most areas, however, some areas can be late afternoon. If you are unable to wait an entire day, holding for pick up at your local FedEx hub is also an option. I will not be held responsible for any issues or delays with the carrier. I will include a heat pack or cool pack along with a phase22 if needed. Local Pickup is also Available.
I guarantee live arrival and a 7-day health guarantee. If for some reason your gecko arrives dead (DOA), I will reimburse you the cost of the gecko(s) in store credit (no cash refunds will be given). Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of new gecko. A current address must be given, and someone must be available to accept the package upon the FIRST delivery attempt. If no one is there to receive the package, or the driver is unable to obtain a signature (if required), my guarantee will be null and void. Please contact me within 1 hour of delivery.
**This Guarantee is null and void if the gecko is not purchased and shipped to you directly by Wicked Arboreals.**
Crested geckos can drop their tail at any given time, therefore tail loss is NOT covered.
Once the animal is in the buyer’s hands, it's health and well-being are beyond my control. I will not be held responsible for sickness or any other issues that happen in the buyer’s care. Gecko(s) leave my care healthy and free of any issues.
*Color/Sex
I do not guarantee color. I feel the pictures that I provide are very accurate and I am always willing to take more for you prior to purchase.
I do my best to sex animals accurately before listing, I do not guarantee the sex on geckos under 25 grams. Terms stated possible female, possible male, no pores seen; pores seen etc. Is not a guarantee of sex.
