Store Policy
Payments: My preferred payment method is Zelle. I will accept funds via PayPal friends & family as well. If you are unable to pay in the previous ways listed above, please reach out & I will see what we can do. In order to purchase the gecko, of course the total cost of animal(s) (including shipping) must be paid in full.
Payment plans- Payment plans for animals listed on or above the price of $250 are eligible for payment plans. A 25% non-refundable deposit must be made in order to initiate a payment plan. Payment plans are due within 30 days. A negotiated plan for the remaining 75% of the total amount(outside of the first 25% non-refundable deposit) may be negotiated to you, the buyers convenience, but MUST fall into the 30 day timeframe for completion of payment plan. If plan exceeds the 30-day window, all of the payments will be refunded to the buyer, except the initial 25% deposit.
Shipping- I ship via redline shipping to your nearest accepting fedex ship center for pickup only. This is to avoid any extra risk created by doorstep delivery. Shipping costs are typically $50-$75. I do have the right to hold the animal until shipping weather is safe. The weather requirements are between a nighttime low of 32 and a daytime high of 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I only ship Tuesdays & Wednesdays. If you do not have a fedex hub within 50 miles of your location, other shipping methods may be discussed. I currently only ship to anywhere here in the continental USA. Please, do not ask for free shipping unless ad states so.
Health guarantee- I offer a 7-Day on all live animals shipped within the USA. This includes Dead-On-Arrival refunds in the form of money or store credit. In the case of a DOA occurring, a full refund will be issued. All animals must be picked up within 30 minutes of arrival at facility. Proof including a video within that 30 minute arrival window is required, otherwise the live guarantee is void. Any shipping delays are the assumed risk of the buyer and void the live arrival guarantee. Once the animal is received alive, it is the owners responsibility to care for the animal properly
(Do your research before purchasing an animal). If an animal passes within the first 7 days, a full
Video of the animal, it’s enclosure, and the temperatures is required within 8 hours of the animal passing(preferred immediately). If any general care guidelines are not followed, the health guarantee is void.
Tail drops- Tail drops from Geckos during shipping are rare, but can unfortunately happen. There is no discount or refund for tails being dropped.
Sex guarantee- If I list the sex of the animal, it is guaranteed. If it is not listed, the sex of the animal is not guaranteed. Geckos below 20g may be pore-sexed, but this is not a 100% guarantee.
Gecko colors- I will provide the best & most clear photos of the geckos to my ability. New Caledonian species often “fire up” & “fire down” & change colors depending on a large number of reasons. The color of the animal is never edited. If you require additional photos, please ask & will provide you with them!
Local pickup- If you are wanting to conduct a local pickup, the payment of the animal must be made in full & I will arrange a time on when to meet up in public on a Saturday/Sunday.
I do have the right to refuse sale of any animal if I feel that the proper care cannot be provided.
