Here at Brayman’s Heroes Facility we strive to breed the highest quality animals!
Store Policy
We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival and for 7 days after arrival. All animals are guaranteed to be live, in good condition and correctly sexed, also free from showing any physical signs of illness. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt.
We ship through FedEx priority overnight shipping out Monday-Wednesday. We also provide insurance on all of our packages that are eligible meaning some rates may be slightly higher than others. We do not put a longer term guarantee on our animals because once you receive them, we have no way of controlling how they are cared for. We cannot guarantee against flawed husbandry practices.
Payment plans are available we generally require a 25% deposit with 30 days to payoff the remaining part of the balance. Deposits are nonrefundable. Payment methods accepted are cash and PayPal. Free local pickup is available. We will combine shipping when purchasing multiple animals as well as offering select group discounts.
*Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or incorrect shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time. Prices do not includes shipping. Refunds are also void if buyer states animal is in good health and condition and something is wrong. Due to negligence of not being there for shipment or leaving box sit for an hour or longer this includes at hubs.
