ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY MONETARY REFUNDS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLE BEING INDECISIVE. BEFORE YOU SEND MONEY MAKE SURE THIS IS THE ANIMAL THAT YOU WANT.
Payment plans are available on purchases of $1000.00 or more. Payment Plans are available as follows: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required on all purchases unless an exception is made by management of Austral Gecko. Purchases of $1000+ are eligible for a 30 day payment plan, bi-weekly payment is preferred to keep the customer on track with final payoff. Prior to enrolling in any payment plan we will require a 50% non-refundable down payment on the purchase. It is the consumer's knowledge they are entering in to a non-refundable payment account. The due date on the payment plan will be disclosed to the consumer via Facebook, morphmarket or email conversation. If a consumer defaults on a payment they will be provided notice at 5 days past due. If their account exceeds 5 days past due all money applied towards their purchase will be forfeited and Austral Gecko will repost the specimen. Austral Gecko reserves the right to amend this policy at any time with proper notification being sent out to all who are participating in a payment plan at the time of change. As a consumer of Austral Gecko I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of payment plans offered. I accept the terms set forth and agree to all conditions of the payment plan I am receiving from Austral Gecko. Once a payment plan is completed and it is determined that weather is suitable for shipping, we will contact you to begin the shipping process. You will have 30 days from that date to arrange a suitable time to receive shipment. Flaking or not responding in a timely manner is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. If a date cannot not be arranged due to late responses (ie. days between replies after requesting shipping address info etc.) within 30 days, the purchaser forfeits their animal and all money paid toward it. At that point we will again post the animal for sale. No exceptions.
We will ship your new animal(s) to the nearest FedEx Ship Center for pick-up (if there is a suitable location within 50 miles of your residential address.) This is to avoid the unnecessary hot/cold, bumpy truck ride and the package possibly being delivered to the wrong address. The only exception will be customers who reside outside a reasonable distance (50 miles) from the nearest FedEx Ship Center. We offer a 7 day live guarantee on all our animals (EXCLUDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS). Purchaser must be present to receive package, on predetermined delivery date, at the shipping address provided to us. Violation of this requirement automatically voids live guarantee (no exceptions). We require written confirmation of the animals arrival within 30 minutes or the Live Guarantee is VOID. Once the animal is received in good health by the new owner it is up to them to provide proper care including humidity, temperature, food, water etc. If for any reason the animal should pass within 7 days of shipping, photographic evidence will be required by Austral Gecko as soon as possible including the enclosure the animal was kept in. At that time we will determine whether or not the conditions were in fact suitable for the animal to thrive and if a refund will be issued. In the event a refund is issued it will only count as credit toward a replacement animal and not as a cash refund. If we determine store credit is warranted we will ship the next order to the customer free of charge. We will not issue any monetary refunds. Sales are final at time of purchase and by purchasing an animal from us you agree to these terms. We're not liable nor will we offer discounts on dropped tails for any reason. We do not guarantee animals sex (male/female) until animals reach adult size. We will mark down if we've seen scale pores which typically means it's looking male at a smaller size, however we in no way guarantee sex until the animal reaches adulthood. We mark everything as "Probable Male/Female" depending on scale shape and if we've seen pores. The only way we will guarantee an animals sex is if a male drops a bulge younger than adult size.
