Store Policy

gecko will be held for a minimum 20% off total price. This deposit is non refundable. A deposit needs to be sent over before gecko is considered on hold. Geckos placed on hold will be held until temperatures are safe to ship or until paid in full

Payment plans are accepted. As long as contact is maintained and a heads up is noted of a late payment or extension is needed. If no contact is made in within a few weeks after the last check in with frequent reminders the gecko is considered abandoned and will be placed for sale again, no refunds will not be issued for abandoned geckos.

Live arrival guaranteed for hub pick up or otherwise talked about for residential delivery. For home delivery, someone must be there when the animal arrives otherwise the live arrival guarantee is null and void. If for whatever reason there is a DOA I must be notified immediately upon receiving the gecko. Any DOA claims must include pictures of actual deceased animals

I am only able to ship in the 48 states. Shipping is a flat rate of 65$ . I ship through reptiles2you and I will only ship priority over night. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.
