Store Policy

If you place an animal order with us, we will be contacting you by email to schedule your shipment within 24 hours of you placing the order. Please be patient with us as we get to your order. We guarantee that our animals will arrive alive and healthy. With that being said, we require that there is someone home at the time of arrival and that the temperature is within 65F-85F for home deliveries and 60F-90F for early morning facility pickups. We will mutually agree on a shipping date before any animals are shipped to ensure availability and temperatures on both ends. Please understand that we will not ship an animal before speaking to the person who placed the order and verifying that the shipping weather is adequate. If the weather is out of our shipping guidelines, we can still ship an animal if the customer insists but all guarantees will be void. It is the customers responsibility to understand these guidelines before placing an order with us.

Shipping is offered via FedEx as Priority Overnight, meaning that the package should arrive by the following day. However, more remote areas may have a delay in arrival time. Shipping is preferred earlier in the week (Mon-Wed) to ensure that the animal will not be stuck at a hub through the weekend due to unusual circumstances.

At the moment, shipments can only be made in the states

*Please ensure that someone is home (or at pickup facility) at time of delivery in order to validate this guarantee.
We will now be also asking if you can provide a photo upon arrival of your newest addition.

*DUE TO THE CURRENT CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, FEDEX HAS SUSPENDED ALL GUARANTEES AND THE NUMBER OF DELAYS HAS GONE UP.

WE ARE PACKAGING THE ANIMALS TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITIES BUT FOR THAT REASON WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO GUARANTEE PACKAGES THAT GET DELAYED AN EXTRA DAY. DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 25% REFUND
At moment I am not doing payment plans.
We offer a 7-day health guarantee on all our captive bred animals because we are confident that your new pet is going to be 100% healthy upon arrival and for the days to come. The only reason why our health guarantee is no longer because we have no way of monitoring any improper husbandry from inexperienced keepers. If there are any concerns with the animal, please do not hesitate in contacting us in order to avoid any potential problems. This health guarantee does not cover outside injuries such as tail loss, attacks by other animals, keeper mistakes, etc.
This guarantee is void if the wrong shipping address was given to us by a customer in which it causes a delay.
REFUND POLICY
Animals are sold as pictured unless otherwise noted. All live animal purchases are final. Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. No refunds will be provided unless an animal is DOA (dead on arrival) and there is no animal available of equal value for replacement. In the case of a DOA, we must be contacted with photographic evidence within 1 hour of delivery.

The customer is responsible for bringing the animal inside (a home) to a reasonable temperature controlled environment (68F-78F) once it is delivered. The customer is responsible for picking up the animal at the Fedex facility the morning of delivery (If both parties agreed to have it held at the facility). If the animal shipped was not brought in the house or picked up from the facility within 15-30 minutes of delivery we are no longer held responsible for the conditions the animal arrives in.

We are NOT to be held responsible for any mistakes/delays caused by FEDEX delivery service.

A replacement can be provided if an animal arrives DOA. If a replacement is agreed upon by both parties, then the customer will have to pay for the new shipping charge or accept a refund for the deceased animal.
No replacements/refunds will be provided for animals deceased under the care of the customer after 7 days of delivery if we were never contacted with any concerns. If the customer has any concerns about the delivered animal, we must be notified within a day of arrival. If both parties agree on the concerns of an animal then further action will be considered.
