Store Policy
By purchasing from Balls and Strikes Pythons, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions;
-Buyers must be at least 18 years of age.
-We guarantee live arrival when animal is held for pick-up at your nearest authorized Fedex ship center. If delivery to home address is to be made, customers must be home and sign for the animal on the FIRST Fedex delivery attempt.
If there are any issues with the animal upon arrival, we must be notified immediately.
-Sex of the animal is guaranteed but must be verified within 24 hours of receipt of the animal.
-We do not guarantee the disposition of the animal.
-We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle.
-No animal will leave Balls and Strikes Pythons until paid in full and all funds have cleared.
-We gladly accept payment plans. Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit and payments must be made in full in 6o days(unless otherwise agreed upon). [Conditions and terms of payments may be discussed with seller.] If payment in full is not received within agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place the animal back up for sale. If the animal sells prior to receiving final payment, you will receive a credit for funds over the afore mentioned initial 25% non-refundable deposit that can be applied to future purchases with Balls & Strikes Pythons. We are not responsible for contacting buyers with reminders that payment is due.
-Shipping within the(lower) United States only at this time. $50 flat rate for shipping on all snakes under $1500. FREE Shipping on all snakes over $1500
