Store Policy

Shipping, Health, Genetics and Sex Guarantee:

Shipping is a flat rate of $60 for all hatchlings. Can combine shipping for multiple snakes. Shipping for others will be determined by your zip code.

I label their genetics by what I believe them to be but I will include the pairing in each post so you can, ultimately decide for yourself what you think it is. If genetics are unknown it will say so in the description.

Someone must be present to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt, or it must be picked up at a FedEx hub within 2 hours of arriving. Please inspect all animals immediately upon receipt. If there is a health issue with your animal, you must notify me within the first hour of delivery via email or by phone/text. Shipping will only be done Tues or Wed via FedEx Priority overnight in temps of at least 45°F. No exceptions. Shipping cost for adults is dependant upon your zip code. Send me a message for your shipping quote. Shipping is done to the lower 48 states only. Local pickup is also available.

Live arrival guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health. All animals posted are eating regularly and in good health when shipped.
Package must be received on the first delivery attempt and notification of any issues sent to me within the first hour of delivery. Any changes to the delivery address will void guarantee unless I am notified of change before hand. I am not responsible for late shipments, I must be notified of any issues upon arrival of animal.
***Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if I am provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide me with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the proper location and on time.

Payment Methods:
I accept PayPal, Cashapp, cash and credit cards. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Shipping costs are due at the time of payment.
REFUND POLICY
***There will be no refunds bcuz your spouse is mad, your car needs fixed or you just downright changed your mind. There are also no refunds if the snake tried to or did bite you and now you're scared of it. These are live animals and they need time to get acclimated to their new environment so give them time but even then they're still snakes and you need to be aware of the risks before purchasing. Please be serious about paying in full before agreeing to it. This also applies if we've agreed to a payment plan. Paid portions will not be refunded due to buyers remorse.***
