DO NOT RECOMMEND. I put down a deposit very excited for a black night female but they wouldn't change her to sold. Inquired 4x was given an excuse and she was left up for sale. Finally asked for refund rudely refused. Seems like a scam. - Jan. 13, 2021

We are not scammers. We have been selling geckos for over 10 years, I will admit we are new to MM and keeping up with replies is something we are working on. If you read our store policy, it states that a 25% non-refundable is needed to hold anything - Jan. 13, 2021
Considering the shadiness your companies actions of leaving an animal fully up for sale after multiple inquires from the buyer you would think you would work things out privately and refund. Since it was your companies actions that led to the problem - Jan. 21, 2021
