We are officially a small bussiness growing since 2018 specialised in underrated and rare species/morphs, mostly colubrids but we also do some boas and pythons.
Store Policy
We garantee all genetic (if not mentionned) and live animal garantee for the first 48h.
Every reservation of an animal requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% (with or without payment plans)(if not agreed with customer otherwise).
We keep an animal without deposit for 24h, if we don't receive it, the animal will be back for sale.(Canadian sale only) International customer, a proof that the deposit is sent is needed in the first 5 Working days, otherwise the animal Will be back for sale.
With a purchase (excluding shipping) of 250$ to 500$ payment plans of 30 Days are available. A payment plan of 60 Days are available (or more on agreement only) for purchase (excluding shipping) of 500$ or more. In case that the payment plans are not respected or the sale is cancel by the buyer, we will keep the total sent to us without refund.
********MORTALITY DURING SHIPPING************
If loss of the animal, a full (100%) refund will apply, ONLY WITH A VISUAL PROOF, on the animal value only. Health issues will be dealt case by case basis.
No replacement/garantee/credit will be available if animals are not picked up the day of the arrival.
****Customer Who proved to be unable to care for the animal even after continued support from me will be denied future sales.
