We are a family owned and opporated business!
We were established in 2020! We raise and bread Ball Pythons and Corn Snakes and are very excited about our up and coming King Snakes and Hognoses! We are still small but are working very hard to grow! We also provide rodents for our local customers and breeder!
Store Policy
We accept Cash payments for local pick up and delivery as well as Cash App, Venmo, Credit, or Debit card parpment with 2.9% processing Fee for ALL card payments. Prepayment is required with all orders. Indiana residents must add 7% sales tax to all purchase price.
We offer payment plans on Reptiles in which the cost is over $500 for a maximum of 3 months. Animals will not be shipped until full payment is received. There is a 25% deposit required for all payment plans. All deposits are non-refundable.
By completing your Deposit payment you understand that are entering into a contract with Engler Rodents and Reptiles and forfeit any rights to a refund. Deposits can however be transferred to any Reptile/s we have available for up to 30 days after payment is made. Any deposits and payments delinquent for more than 60 days will be considered abandoned and forfeited by purchaser. Deposits and payments made can be transferred to different available snakes as long as it is still paid off within the 3 month payment plan period from date of deposit. Shipping Quotes given at the time of payment arrangement are liable to change within the 3 month payoff. Buyer will be responsible for shipping price difference to be made with final payment.
Auctions
All action sales are final and must be paid within 48 hours. If Shipping is less than cost of actual shipping rate a refund of the difference will be sent to the buyer.
Guarantee
The sales of all live animals are final. We provide a live arrival Guarantee as long as the animal arrives overnight and is picked up at a local hub within 2 hours of arrival scan. Proof of death must be provided for a refund!!! You assume complete responsibility for the animal from the moment you open the shipping box and verify live and healthy arrival. All of our snakes are healthy and eating at the time of shipment and should continue to thrive and eat once you receive it.
All snakes are guaranteed to be properly sexed.
We cannot warranty any health issues that may arise once healthy delivery is verified. These health issues may include but are not limited to heat or cold stress from shipping, respiratory infections, spinal trauma, prolapses, the presence of mites, sudden death, or any other health issues. We send out healthy and well taken care of animals based on every visible criteria.
Shipments
We ship every Monday anywhere in the continental U.S. via Redline Shipping to the buyers nearest FedEx Hub. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs and times are calculated using buyer/seller zip codes and the size/weight of the package. Please be sure to refer to our live arrival guarantee policy for shipping requirements.
Local Delivery
We will deliver within a 100 mile radius of our location. There will be a non-refundable delivery fee of $50 to be paid before delivery is made. Meeting location will be at the local Sheriff department of the buyer's home town.
