By putting down a deposit or purchasing an animal(s) you are agreeing to our Terms of Service stated below:
Legal Restrictions:
Under no circumstance will we sell to minors under the age of 18 years. By sending a deposit or payment you are acknowledging that you are of legal age and are accepting full legal responsibility for your purchase.
Many state and local laws may restrict or prohibit the possession of exotic animals/reptiles. Please be aware of your local or state laws before sending us a deposit or payment. If you are unsure of your state and local laws we encourage you to consult local, state and federal authorities to make sure you are not in breach of the law. Local and state laws vary and it would be impossible for BlueprintBoids LLC to keep up with all the differences. It is the responsibility of you(the buyer), not the seller to understand local, state and federal laws before placing an order with us.
Payment Options:
(Note: all payments must clear before any boa is shipped)

---->PayPal. If buyer is not verified by PayPal or if paypal puts a hold on the funds for any reason, the boa will not be shipped until payment has cleared
---->Walmart-2-Walmart
---->U.S. Postal money order, If choosing this method you will have 24 hours to send the money order. At this time we will hold the boa for you for those 24 hours. Before shipping the money order please take a picture of the money order(once all information is filled out) and send it to us via e-mail or text as proof that you purchased the money order. At that time, the animal will be marked as pending until the payment has been received. Once we receive the U.S. Postal Money order in the mail we will set up a shipping date.
Payment plans:
-Boas under $250 must be paid for in one single payment
-Boas between $250-$500 must be paid in full within 30 days.
-Boas between $500-$1,000 must be paid in full within 60 days.
-Boas over $1,000 must be paid in full within 90 days.
If you fault on a payment plan we will keep the non refundable 25% deposit(you may use this towards another purchase within 12 months from the date the deposit was sent)
Health guarantee:
All boas are sent with a signed photo ID guaranteeing genetics. We guarantee sex, health and genetics of all animals. We use the bump method to sex our baby boas as it is the least invasive, safest(in our opinion) and very accurate. Upon arrival, we ask that you check over the animal. If you notice anything unusual or anything wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal and no longer take responsibility for them, all sales final no refunds. Upon receiving your new boa(s) please wait at least 7 days before offering it’s first meal in your care.
Shipping:
For your convenience, Shipping costs are already factored into the asking price at a rough estimate of $80 for shipping cost as well as materials. Breakdown of actual shipping cost and actual cost of the animal will be broken down on a receipt.
Live arrival is guaranteed. In order for us to guarantee live arrival you must meet the following guidelines:
***At this time we currently only ship to local Authorized FedEx Ship Centers. Simply provide us with your zip code and we'll find an Authorized FedEx Ship Center closest to you***
-If package is sent to a residential location, you(the buyer) must be available to receive package on first delivery attempt, either directly from the driver or retrieve it as soon as possible from the spot where the driver left it.
-In case of Dead on Arrival you must notify us within 2 hours of receiving the package. Clear digital photos of the all packaging and deceased animal laying upside down will be required. A short 30 second video of the boa will be requested as proof of a deceased animal(s).
We ship through Ship Your Reptiles and will follow their temperature guidelines and standards. Under no circumstance will we ship outside of their guidelines. We ship Monday through Wednesday priority overnight shipping. We do not ship on holidays. If your order is paid in full and ready to ship but temperatures are above or below the guidelines stated below then we will wait to ship until temperatures meet the guidelines. Under no circumstances will we ship below 38 degrees fahrenheit. Packages shipped between 92 and 100 degrees fahrenheit will be shipped to a “Fedex ship center” facility only. Under no circumstance will we ship at temperatures above 100 degrees.
Refunds:
If an animal is paid in full and you wish to cancel your order, 25% of the total purchase price will be non-refundable. If you’re on a payment plan and for any reason decide to cancel your order your 25% deposit will not be refunded. Shipping is as weather permits and delays in shipping is not a valid reason for a refund.
