Store Policy
We do not ship first in trades. Once trade animal is received and approved, we will ship at the next available agreed upon opportunity based on weather conditions.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. We guarantee animals are eating when shipped, but do not guarantee the animal will eat for you. If you have problems getting your animal to eat, contact us and we will provide you with exact husbandry conditions that the animal was kept in at our facility.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health conditionwhen shipped to a hub. 30 day health guarantee. Necropsy required for 30 day guarantee on deceased animal. Genetic or bacterial causes will be refunded or replaced. Veterinary report for sick animals within 30 days will be required. If genetic or bacterial caused, vet expenses up to the cost of the animal will be covered by seller.
2. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
3. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 10% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
5. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to pick up and open animal same day of arrival at hub. Buyer must notify Seller via email, text or phone call within 2 hours of picking up the animal if there is an issue. Photo/video will be required for any DOA claims.
6. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), Seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
7. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
8. Seller guarantees that animal is currently eating for seller unless otherwise stated in animal description. Seller does not guarantee that the animal will eat for the buyer under the buyers husbandry conditions. Seller will provide upon request, exact husbandry conditions the animal was accustomed to prior to shipping.
9. Seller has the right to back out of a sale at anytime for any reason. Any money paid by the Buyer will be refunded in full.
10. All shipping quotes are to a hub. Add $25 additional for shippingto a residential or commercial address. If shipping is listed as free, shipping will be $25 to a residencal or commerial address, if shipping is listed as $100, shipping will be $125 to a residencial or commerial address, and so on. Live arrival is never guaranteed to a residential or commercial address. Hub shipping is always recommended for the health and safety of the animal.
Genetics Guarantee:
1. Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always fully guaranteed. In the event of an error, the buyer options are as follows:
A. The animal can be returned to the seller for a full refund, including shipping.
B. The value difference at the time of original transaction, calculated by the seller, can be refunded.
C. If available, the animal can be swapped for an animal with the advertised genetics.
D. The value difference at the time of original transaction, calculated by the seller, can be converted to double that amount in store credit.
E. Any other compensation that is mutually agreed upon by the seller and buyer.
F. In the event that an option above is not selected by the buyer or an agreement can not be reached within 7 days of the error being discovered, the sale becomes final and no further compensation will be considered.
2. Correct gender is fully guaranteed.
A. The animal can be returned to the seller for a full refund, including shipping.
B. The value difference at the time of original transaction, calculated by the seller, can be refunded.
C. If available, the animal can be swapped for an animal with the advertised genetics and correct sex.
D. The value difference at the time of original transaction, calculated by the seller, can be converted to double that amount in store credit.
E. Any other compensation that is mutually agreed upon by the seller and buyer.
F. In the event that an option above is not selected by the buyer or an agreement can not be reached within 7 days of the error being discovered, the sale becomes final and no further compensation will be considered.
3. Because of the increasing complexity of ball python combos, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals. We will always list on the conservative side and try to list co-doms we are unsure of as possible. Once payment is made and animal has shipped, it is assumed that the buyer has accepted the identification of incomplete dominant genes as accurate and sale is final.
