Store Policy
It is assumed that you have read and understand the terms below when you inquire on an animal. These terms are agreed upon once money has exchanged from buyer to seller.
Genetics Guarantee: Because of the increasingly complex projects, we can't 100% guarantee accuracy on CoDom genes in our animals. Animals will be identified to the best of our ability and we will never intentionally mislead a customer regarding the genetic's of an animal. (Recessive gene's & Het's are always fully guaranteed)
Payments:
I accept Cash App, Zelle, PayPal Goods and Services, Postal Money Orders
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are generally accepted, and will be considered on a case by case basis. I prefer a minimum of $500 for a payment plan, with 25% down non refundable. For anything under $500, I generally ask for half down with a 2 week payment plan.
Generally, payment plans will fall into these categories-
$501-$1000: 30 days
$1001-$2000: 60 days
$2001+: 90 days
Longer payment plans may be considered for anything over $4000. I will generally work with $1000/month payments in that scenario. Payment plans exceeding 3 months will also be subject to a $20 per month per animal feeding fee. Beginning January 20th, 2022: Payment schedules will be designated for every payment plan, either on a weekly or biweekly rate, depending on your personal situation. I will no longer accept deposits without a consistent pay plan, and failure to meet the payment plan will terminate it entirely based on the above stated terms. I am flexible and lenient, but communication MUST occur within 3 days of the agreed upon pay schedule, or your plan is terminated.
Payment Plan Default:
In the event you void a payment plan, the 25% (or 50%) nonrefundable deposit will be considered a restocking fee, and the remaining balance can be used as credit for future purchases, but will not be refunded. You will not be able to use your credit towards a future payment plan if you void an existing payment plan, but it may be used to in congruence with a straight payment, your credit will never expire. I am flexible with terms and am understanding when issues arise, but if I am not notified within 3 days of an agreed payment arrangement, I will assume you have voided your contract to pay, and the animal will be relisted.
Buyer's Remorse:
The only accommodation in the event of Buyer's Remorse that will be made is an even trade in value of an animal currently available for sale, or a credit in the value of the payment made, which can not be used in congruence with a payment plan. I will not refund any portion of a payment, or make any extra accommodations, just because you had a change of heart.
Credits:
In the event you are issued a credit, as stated above for various situations, you may not use them in congruence for a payment plan unless otherwise stated, prior to purchasing.
Shipping:
Shipping will be to your local fedex hub only for a live arrival guarantee. Shipping will take place on Tuesdays or Wednesdays only. Accommodations may be made, but on a limited basis due to my schedule. Shipping to your residence or business, as well as requesting Thursday for Friday shipment to the hub, voids the live arrival guarantee. Buyer pays shipping unless otherwise stated in the ad. I will not ship when highs are above 85 or lows below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
You must notify me within one hour of receipt of the animal in the event of DOA or any other ailments that need to be addressed. Again, shipping to residential addresses is not covered under the live arrival guarantee. If you request these arrangements, it is assumed that you have read my terms of service and agree to them. No exceptions outside of the above stated live arrival guarantee will be made. I am not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling in shipment. I am also not responsible for shipments lost in transit. I will do my best to help locate the package in the event it is lost or delayed, but I will not refund for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
Ailments/Illnesses:
As listed above, I must be notified within one hour of receipt. Your animal is guaranteed to be free of mites, mouth rot, RIs, etc. Once the animal has been placed in your enclosure, I am not responsible for anything. I do not know your husbandry or set up, therefore, you are 100% responsible for determining the animals health prior to placement in your set up.
Discounts:
Returning customers who have left a positive store review will be offered individual discounts when they inquire, so don't forget to rate your purchases!
Straight pay customers will be offered discounts.
Multiple animal purchases will receive a discount.
As of September 24th, 2021, I will not accept offers less than the listed price if you inquire about a payment plan.
