I am super happy with my geckos. There was no heat pack or cool pack in the packaging (maybe it wasn’t needed?). All my questions were answered as well. - Apr. 17, 2024

Purchased on Feb 10, she arrived the 21. She was lethargic, had an overbite, no calcium reserves and wouldn’t even move. Sent Her back on 27th so she could see a vet. 6 days later she‘s listed again. Wish I️ could write more but have limited count. - Mar. 06, 2023
