Welcome to our family business where we provide a quality scientific approach to raising bearded dragons! Our family has been in the business for 4 years, my wife, who is a professional photographer, takes high quality pictures of our bearded dragons for our advertisements. My sister provides a great environment for growth and development of our bearded dragons and I, use my degree in biomanufacturing, to optimize everything. Store Policy
1. Terms of Sale:
1.1. Persons must be 18 years of age or older to purchase bearded dragons dragons
2. Payments:
2.1. We accept cash in person/google pay /cash app /vemo/ PayPal friends and family only.
2.2. With the use of google pay and cash app the buyer will be given a free item.
3. Holds
3.1. Holds may be permitted at our discretion with 50% non-refundable down payment
3.2. If full payment is not received by midnight P.S.T. on the date before shipping , the reptile on hold will be made available to the public for purchase.
3.3. Down payments will not be refundable after 60 days from the date deposit was received if no purchase was made.
4. Shipping
4.1. Shipping is a flat 70$ amount for purchases of one bearded dragon.
4.2. FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping is Tuesday through Thursday only.
Signature required upon delivery (typically by 10:30am).
4.3. Someone must be present to accept the reptile at the destination address and sign for package .
4.4. Live Arrival Guarantee void after the first delivery attempt is failed.
4.5. If the weather at destination is determined to be hazardous to the reptile, shipping will be delayed until weather is considered safe.
4.6. In the event of a delay, buyer will be notified
5. Health Guarantee
5.1. Black Beards Dragons guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations.
5.1.1. This does not include issues caused by the buyer (e.g., wrong address given, door not answered when delivery is attempted, etc.).
5.2. If an animal is dead upon arrival, we must be notified within 4 hours of delivery with pictures and video, as indicated by the FedEx tracking number. Please do not discard the packing materials, as they may be needed for return shipping. Once D.O.A. is confirmed, a full refund will be granted for the full purchasing price (shipping included).
5.3. Statute of limitations for disputes involving shipping mishaps is 60 days from the date of the original shipment.
5.4. If the animal is substantially sick or injured as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed) then Seller is responsible for FRR.
5.5. Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week.
5.6. Mites do NOT fall under the definition of "substantially sick or injured."
5.7. A dispute based solely on the arrival of mites in a shipment will not be mediated by Morph Market.
5.8. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
5.9. Dragons are guaranteed to arrive live and healthy on first delivery attempt only.
5.10. Proper research and preparation should be done prior to purchasing bearded dragons, or any other animal.
5.11. We. must be notified immediately of illness or any other cause for concern within 4 hours of arrival. Failure of notification voids all health guarantees.
5.12. Black beards bearded dragons. is not responsible for any veterinary cost associated with the purchased dragon due to improper husbandry, lighting, care and/or feeding.
5.13. Failure to follow proper quarantine procedures, and/or housing the purchased dragon with other reptiles voids all health guarantees and any possibility of refunds/exchanges.
6. Sexing
6.1. Individuals marked possible male or female are sexed to the best of our ability and are guaranteed as such.
6.2. All exchanges or refunds for incorrect sex are void after 7 days of delivery.
7. Return Policy
7.1. • Returns or exchanges will not be granted for change of mind in regard to color and/or sex of the dragon.
7.2. • Returns or exchanges are void should the dragon purchased be housed with other dragons/reptiles at its new home.
7.3. If payment was paid through a money transfer app that charges the receiver a percentage, then Blackbeardsdragon is not responsible for refunding the percentage of payment that we did not receive.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
