Store Policy
We ship FedEx overnight priority....Monday-Thursday with arrival Tuesday-Friday. Someone must sign for package on FIRST delivery attempt. If no one signs for it, guarantee is void. If you requested your package to be held at your local FedEx station, you must pick up within 4 hours.
Note: In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) video proof must be sent within 1 hour of the gecko being received by the buyer! A full refund will then be issued. In the event of an unhealthy animal, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the gecko & we will discuss options.
