Beautiful snake, but it was sexed incorrectly and is not a female as described. I tried to work out a mutual agreement, but the seller only had two options and I didn’t agree to either. His partial refund I didn’t think was fair but he sent it. - Nov. 25, 2023

I offered a 100% refund if the snake was returned to me in good condition OR a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping cost. $225 was the total cost including shipping. I offered and sent $150 partial refund. Spencer is unreasonable. - Nov. 25, 2023
The pairing contained a male banana. I asked if he was sure it was female and he said yes. Anyone breeding banana should know the odds of hitting a female from that pairing is extremely low and should have checked.Partial refund without agreement. - Nov. 29, 2023
