Store Policy
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. Report any health concerns within 5 days from arrival.
Sex Guarantee: Correct sexing is guaranteed within 30 days from arrival. Please double check the sex of the animal soon after receiving it.
Genetics Guarantee: Any recessive genes whether visual or heterozygous will always be guaranteed correct as listed.
As my CoDom projects become more complicated and never-before-seen I will make my best effort to conservatively ID all combos. If you have a question about an ID or would like certain genes to come with a guarantee, please inquire and I may make guarantees on a case by case basis.
Shipping: Unless otherwise noted shipping is free for animals $900 or over, and is $79 for animals under $900. I do not ship animals in December. All other shipping days are weather dependent.
Payment methods: PayPal is preferred. I will probably set up other major payment platforms as requested, so ask if you would like to use one not listed in the store profile.
Payment plans: Offered on a case by case basis only on animals over $400. Please inquire about a plan for a specific animal.
Group Purchase Discounts: I apply a discount for purchasing multiple snakes in one order. Varies depending on the snakes and quantity. If interested in making a group purchase, please ask and I can give you a quote.
Placing animals on hold: I will place animals on hold for 14 days with a 20% non-refundable deposit.
