Store Policy
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. Report DOA within 2 hours from delivery, and any health concerns within 7 days from arrival.
Sex Guarantee: Correct sexing is guaranteed within 30 days from arrival. Please double check the sex of the animal soon after receiving it.
Genetics Guarantee: Any recessive genes whether visual or heterozygous will always be guaranteed correct as listed.
As my Incomplete Dominant projects become more complicated and never-before-seen I will make my best effort to conservatively ID all combos. If you have a question about an ID or would like certain genes to come with a guarantee, please inquire and I may make guarantees on a case by case basis.
Shipping: I do not ship animals in December. All other shipping days are weather dependent.
Payment plans: Offered on a case by case basis only on animals over $200. Please inquire about a plan for a specific animal.
Pair/Group Purchase Discounts: I apply a discount for purchasing multiple snakes in one order. Varies depending on the snakes and quantity. If interested in making a group purchase, please ask and I can give you a discounted quote.
Placing animals on hold: I will place animals on hold for 14 days with a 20% non-refundable deposit.
Pre-Established Animals: These can only be placed on hold until they are established. If the animal has not been established by 45 days from the deposit, it becomes fully refundable. Remaining balance must be paid within 2 weeks of the animal becoming established unless a payment plan was previously arranged.

Wholesale Policy
Wholesale prices shown are for purchases of minimum quantity 4. Additional discount for larger orders. Please inquire with desired group.
Free shipping for wholesale orders totaling more than $1000.
May mix retail and wholesale animals for additional discount on wholesale animals, and towards $1000 free shipping total.
