Store Policy

Our Terms:
I will respond in the order of the messages received first. I respond best through my Facebook or IG messenger. I am normally pretty active on both.
All photos are taken in natural lighting. No filters are ever used, and I try hard to represent the geckos most accurately.

Shipping:
I am always happy to meet someone local for pick ups!
If a gecko/ geckos need to be shipped I use Reptiles2you via FedEx over night delivery only.
I ship Mon- Wed for next day delivery when Temps are safe for all areas the gecko will be going through. Those Temps are between 45- 85f. I prefer to ship to your hub directly. Where you can pick up your gecko safely there in a temperature controlled environment.
I am also not held responsible for any occurrences that may happen while the gecko is in FedEx's care including delays.

I do need to hear from you that your new gecko has arrived safely. So, please let me know as quickly as you can after receiving your gecko.

Tail loss:
Crested geckos can throw their tails for any number of reasons. So, there's always a risk while your gecko is being transported that the gecko may indeed drop its tail. I am not responsible for this happening. Nor will I exchange or refund you in the event that it happens.

Forms of Payment/ Payment plans:
As of right now I am accepting Cash, Paypal, venmo, and zelle.
However things could change in the near future on what form of payment I accept.
I do Not do refunds for any reason!!!
I may give store credit if it is founded.
I also do not accept anyone changing their minds on a specific gecko that you've chosen to purchase, and exchanging it for another.

I almost always accept payment plans. And I treat those on a case by case basis. However, I do prefer 30 days in most cases. And if I'm not accepting payment plans on a specific gecko I will let you know.
Deposits will need to be minimum 25% down. I'm also a very reasonable person, and I'm open to most types of plans a costumer might need. Which can be discussed prior to putting a gecko on hold for you.
I do need you to stay in contact with me, and give me a timeliness of when you except to send payments as well.

If I do not hear from you at all in 30 days after reaching out with no response your gecko will be forfeit, and go back up for sale. And I will not send you your payments back. There's no excuse for not communicating.

Death:
In the event a death occurs with in 2-3 day after receiving your gecko contact me immediately with photos of the animal, and place it in a ziplock bag to be placed in the refrigerator as soon as possible.
Again I will need to be contacted right away. And we will discuss things from there such as a neocropsy etc.

Trades:
If both parties agree upon a trade I expect that we will both ship out the same day for next day delivery.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
