My name is Steven Stanciu the founder of Desert Mojave Morphs established in 2021, I am dedicated to the art of ball python breeding. Store Policy
Payments accepted Paypal F&F, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App Square with fee.
**DMM Store Policy:**
1. **Payment Plans:**
- 30-90 day payment plans available on a case-by-case basis.
- Requires a 20% non-refundable deposit.
- Payment plan must be paid in full before the animal ships.
- Unfulfilled payment plans will be voided, and the deposit will be forfeited. The animal will be delisted for sale.
2. **Notification of DOA:**
- Notify within 1 hour of picking up the animal from the FedEx hub for any Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Any issues.
3. **Live Guarantee:**
- Valid for hub-to-hub shipping only.
- Guarantee is void if the shipping is not hub-to-hub.
- Guarantee from the hub pick up is voided if animal isn’t picked up within 4 hours.
4. **Shipping Details:**
- Shipping days are Tuesday and Wednesday(**Monday only for certain circumstances such as the only open shipping window for weather**).
- No shipping in adverse weather conditions (below 35 degrees or above 95 degrees).
5. **Sales Terms:**
- All sales are final.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
6. **Genetic Information:**
- Genetics provided to the best of my knowledge and not 100% guaranteed due to the combination of some traits when morphed with others.
- Hets produced HERE at DMM are 100% guaranteed if listed 100% Het.
