Store Policy

All Geckos are feeding on pangea, repashy fruit mix and dubia roaches before listed.

I prefer local pickup only, but if you request the gecko to be shipped, please read my shipping requirements below.

LIVE ANIMAL SHIPPING POLICY:
When you place an online order, I will contact you within 24 hours to confirm a shipping date based on weather and your availability.

Live animals are shipped Monday through Wednesdays when the weather is between 40-85° F. I ship FedEx Priority Overnight and your gecko will arrive by 10:30 am the next day (12:00 noon if you live rurally).

Shipping will be estimated at $50.00 to $100.00.

If there are issues regarding your recent gecko purchase and delivery (ex. Gecko DOA, dropped tail, etc.) you need to contact me within 1 hour of delivery time to discuss the details. Provided there was an issue directly caused by the shipping or delivery process such as weather conditions or temperatures Carol’s Cresties will honor the purchase of that reptile and will either provide a full refund or replacement of the reptile to the best of my abilities. I care deeply about the safe transport of these precious reptiles into their new homes and I try my best to ensure that I do that in the safest way possible.

PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment plans are available with a $25.00 deposit. The duration of the payment plan is on a case-by-case basis, depending on the total number of geckos being purchased. Refunds will not be given for cancelled or forfeited orders.

WINTER HOLDING:
I can hold geckos purchased in full for up to one month. After 30 days, I charge a $2.00 per day holding fee.

If you would prefer to wait until you have better shipping weather to pick out your gecko, then there is no extra charge.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
