Orders
We accept payments through our Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp. All orders $400 and up within the US ship free!
Payment Plans
We offer payment plans- 25% initial deposit on the price of the animal. The remaining must be paid within 30 days for orders under $1000 or within 60 days for orders over $1000. Payment plans are non refundable.
Shipping
We ship Monday-Wednesday for next day arrival via FedEx priority overnight. We prefer to ship when temperatures are between 35-90F, but make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. In cases of bad weather, we may ask for the package to be picked up from a FedEx hub. Shipping is a flat rate $50 anywhere in the United States, regardless of the number of animals purchased. Canadian shipping is variable depending on rates and export days, please contact us before purchase. All orders over $400 ship free of charge within the United States. No Leopard Geckos will be shipped until they have reached 15 grams. This is to guarantee that the animals are 100% healthy, eating, and at a good weight when they get to you.
Health Terms and Conditions
You have 7 days after receiving the animal to be eligible for a refund/return if the animal is experiencing a health issue.
You must alert us as soon as the issue is noticed.
We will request that you send the animal back to us. The cost of shipping back to us will be covered.
Any and all medical treatment the animal receives will be your responsibility during the 7 day period if you choose to keep the animal and do not return the animal within the 7 day period, you will also not be eligible for a refund if you choose to keep the animal.
After those 7 days, we assume no responsibility for the animal as they would have adjusted to their new environment and any health issues that arise have done so under the care of the new owner so no refund/return will be provided.
In the event that an animal arrives deceased (this has never happened), contact us immediately and the price of the animal plus shipping will be refunded to you. You must include a picture for proof when contacting us. It is ultimately your responsibility to know the health requirements of the animal you are purchasing.
Genetics and Temperature Sexing Guarantee
We 100% guarantee all genetics for our animals. We have genetic records for all offspring, and only bring in new animals from experienced and qualified breeders. The parents of each animal for sale are listed in the description of each animal and can be found under the "Our Breeders" page on our website.
Temperature sexing is not a 100% guarantee. Any animals marked "TSF" or "TSM" are temperature sexed, which is a good indicator, but not 100% guarantee of their sex. TSF animals are incubated at 81F and TSM animals are incubated at 89F. No refunds will be given for animals that turn out to be a different sex than they were incubated for.
