Store Policy
We offer both local pick-up and shipping services through FedEx priority overnight, subject to weather conditions. Please be aware that if you choose shipping, there may be a delay until the weather permits safe transportation of the animal.
**All shipments must be picked up from a FedEx location, as we do not offer home delivery under any circumstances.**
For payment plans, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance to be paid within 30 days of the deposit. Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Please note that all purchases are considered final, and refunds will only be provided in the event of the animal being dead on arrival (DOA). In order to qualify for a refund, picture proof must be provided within 1 hour of pick-up, clearly displaying the shipping label we provided. However, there may be exceptions to our refund policy depending on the circumstances and their justifiability.
We kindly ask that you proceed with a purchase only after careful consideration, as we are unable to refund any payments.
